Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

Shipping Charges

From time to time, Kala Kosh may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can also track your shipment through the Track Order page on our website.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend either refusing the package or recording an unboxing video while opening it.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
This helps us resolve your concern quickly.
Handcrafted Products
Every Kala Kosh product is handcrafted by artisans. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, pattern, or size are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other force majeure events.
